Complimentary 1:1

Have a business question you keep turning over in your head?

Let's talk it through.

Maybe you’re considering a new direction.

Rethinking an offer.

Trying to figure out why something isn’t working.

Wondering where to focus next.

Or you have a decision to make and keep going back and forth about what makes the most sense.

Bring me the question.

In this complimentary 1:1, we’ll talk about your business, what you’re trying to accomplish, and the question, challenge, or direction you’re navigating.

I’ll ask questions. Probably a lot of them. 😂

I’ll share what I’m seeing from my years of business and marketing experience, help you look at the problem from different angles, and see if we can get clearer about what’s actually going on and what makes sense from here.

Then, after we talk, I’ll add one more lens: Your Human Design.

We’ll start with you, not your chart.

I love Human Design. But I don’t want to look at your chart and make assumptions about you before we’ve even talked.

I want to understand you and your business first.

What are you building? What do you want? What’s working, what isn’t, and what are you trying to figure out?

Because context matters. A strategy can work beautifully for one person and make absolutely no sense for another.

Then we can figure out what actually makes sense for you.

You’ll get my take right there on the call.

This isn’t a call where I listen to you for 30 minutes and then spend the last ten pitching you.

We’re going to actually talk about your business.

My goal is simple: you leave seeing what you came in with more clearly than you did when you arrived.

Then I’ll look at your Human Design.

After our conversation, if you’re open to it, I’ll ask you to send me the birth information I need to pull your Human Design chart.

Then I’ll look at your design with your specific business question and our conversation in mind.

That part matters.

I’m not going to send you a generic description of your Type or tell you everything I can possibly find in your chart.

And this isn’t a complimentary Human Design reading. I’m going to look for one thing.

One pattern, strength, way of operating, or perspective in your design that I think could add something useful to the business question we just discussed.

Then I’ll follow up and share it with you.

Business question → conversation → Human Design insight → something useful you can actually do something with.

That’s the idea.

What can we talk about?

  • Bring me something real!

  • Maybe it’s:

  • “I have three directions I could take my business and I don’t know which one I actually want.”

  • “I know my offer is good. Why am I having such a hard time talking about it?”

  • “Everyone says I should scale this, but I’m not sure I want to.”

  • “I’m doing all the marketing things and I’m exhausted. What actually deserves my attention?”

  • “I think my business is changing, but I can’t quite articulate what it’s becoming.”

  • “I’m good at a lot of things. What should I actually be known for?”

  • “Something about the way I’m doing this isn’t working anymore. I just don’t know what.”

You don’t need to diagnose the problem before you show up. You don’t even need the perfectly articulated question.

Figuring out what we're really trying to solve may be part of the conversation.

What will you walk away with?

  • That will depend on what you bring me.

  • But my goal is that you leave with some combination of:

    • ~ a clearer understanding of the problem you’re actually trying to solve

    • ~ a perspective you hadn’t considered

    • ~ clarity around a decision or direction

    • ~ an idea about what deserves your attention next

    • ~ greater confidence in something you may already know but haven’t trusted

    • ~one additional Human Design insight after our call that relates specifically to what you’re navigating

    Not a 27-step action plan.

    Not another formula to follow.

    Clarity you can actually use.

  • And if we uncover something that would benefit from deeper work together, we can talk about that too.

    There’s no obligation to continue.

Why this approach?

I’ve spent more than 20 years in marketing and business, from large corporate brands to small service-based businesses. I also have two degrees in marketing, including a Master’s in Marketing Research. And despite all of those years studying strategy, customers, messaging, positioning, behavior, and why people make the decisions they do, I’ve become increasingly convinced of something: We often start with strategy too soon.

We ask:

What’s the best strategy?

What should I be doing?

What’s working right now?

But there’s another question I think needs to come first: Who is the human behind the business?

Human Design gives me another lens for understanding that human. My business and marketing experience helps me understand the problem. And our conversation gives me the context that neither a chart nor a strategy template can give me.

Then we can start figuring out what actually makes sense for you. Because the best strategy isn’t just the one that works. It’s the one that works for the human behind the business.

Grateful you’re here,
Brea
